COMPANY

We are proud to be known as a high-end custom metal cabinet company; but at our heart, Baldhead is family. Since manufacturing our first metal product in 1985, we have been family owned and operated. Located in our beautiful hometown of Bend, Oregon,

we bring our family values to every aspect of business. We believe that relationships matter, there are no shortcuts to quality, and generosity is contagious. We are grateful to do this work, and look forward to collaborating with you on your custom cabinet project.

The Baldhead team

There’s a reason we’re not named Fleming Cabinets—we believe our “family” is larger than ourselves. From the front desk to the back shipping door, everyone at Baldhead plays an important role in the design and manufacturing of your custom cabinets.

ERIC FLEMING, CEO

Eric sketched out his first cabinet design to fit his home garage in 1998. He didn’t know it at the time, but he had created the blueprint for what would become Baldhead Cabinets. Over twenty years later, Eric still enjoys running the business and being involved in every part of the process. When he’s not at the shop, Eric loves to travel, especially to visit the orphanages in India that he and his wife are proud to sponsor through Harvest India.

BOBBIE FLEMING, CFO

Bobbie gets the credit for seeing the vision of Baldhead before anyone else. After convincing Eric to design and create cabinets that met their personal standards for a home remodel project, Baldhead was born. As CFO Bobbie handles the company financials, manages important vendor relationships, and constantly collaborates with customers on their projects. Outside of work, Bobbie enjoys sharing a meal with her children and grandchildren, and planning trips to India to support Harvest India.

PETER FLEMING, COO

Peter joined the company, well, when he was born! But he didn’t officially come on board as COO until returning to Bend in 2008 from culinary school in Italy. Peter is an essential part of Baldhead operations, and manages the shop floor to ensure design, assembly, and installation meet company standards. Outside of work, Peter and his wife love to travel with their two adventurous kids. They are always on the hunt for rocks to climb, rivers to raft, and restaurants to enjoy.

JASMINE THOMAS, ACCOUNTING/ FINANCE

Jasmine officially joined the company in 2012, after several years of supporting the company behind the scenes in a banking capacity.  She holds a Business Financial Management degree from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo and is a Pacific Northwest native.  She enjoys the diversity of her job and chatting with clients throughout their journey with Baldhead Cabinets.  Jasmine is grateful for the positive work life balance Baldhead Cabinets has offered her and enjoys spending off hours reading in local classrooms, searching for the perfect cup of steaming coffee or exploring the Oregon coast with her active family.
