Baldhead has brought together some answers to commonly asked questions regarding the Limited Series product line.  Please browse through the information below.  Also, don’t hesitate to call or email us with any further questions.

Q: Do you sell your systems out of state?
A: Yes, because our systems are easy to install, many of our customers are from outside our area. If you need help installing, we can give you a quote or have one of our "authorized re-sellers" give you a call.

Q: Are the cabinets heavy? Can they easily be transported?
A: Incredibly, for such strong durable cabinets, they are no heavier than standard pressboard cabinets. They can be transported very easy.

Q: Can I order another color combination other than what is on the website?
A: Yes, for a small upcharge, we can look at other color combinations that are available.

Q: Can I add more cabinets later?
A: Yes. You may choose from our product line which size of cabinet you wish to add. Everything is modular.

Q: Do your cabinets mount to the wall structure?
A: Yes, they mount to the studs. There is a mounting hole pattern in the back panel of the cabinet. They can be easily removed to relocate.

Q: Do your cabinets have locks?
A: Yes. Just specify what cabinet or door you would like a lock on.

Q: How are Baldhead Cabinets manufactured?
A: They are CAD designed and programmed. Next they are CNC laser cut, made of 18-gauge electro-galvanized material. After laser cut, they are CNC bent and welded for optimum precision. Then they are powder coated with a durable hammer texture.

Installation

Q:Do you charge to come out to a location for a consultation?
A: No, the initial consultation is free within our local area or where we have an "authorized re-seller". Other than that, we can sucessfully work via e-mail, fax or phone to create a drawing and quote of just what you want.

Q: Do I need to clean up and organize my garage before your installers arrive?
A: Well, the space where cabinets will go, needs to be cleaned and accessible. Additional cleaning will be determined at the initial consultation.

Q: Can I purchase cabinets from Baldhead and install them myself?
A: Yes. The cabinets bolt together easily and can be installed with another helping hand.

Q: How long does it take to install my new cabinets?
A: Standard installs generally can be done in one day.

Q: Do you charge to install cabinets?
A: Yes. There is an installation fee.

Q: Can I see the cabinets before I make a decision to purchase?
A: Yes, our showroom is open Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Evening and Saturdays by appointment or, call your local "authorized re-seller" to see a sample.

A: Yes, we do have "authorized re-sellers" in other locations. Please call us for details and contact information.

A: At our headquarters in Bend, Oregon.
